For any society or nation to progress, it is important that their citizens are physically fit. the challanges of the modern day life has brought along with it the need to be more physically procative and fit in order to face its challanges with optimum energy and postitivity. Fit children are able to handle Day- To - Day physical and emotional chalanges better. However, for a holistic and intrinsically healthy life style, awareness and support for fitness movement is more assential than ever.
The third week of November was observed as "FITNESS WEEK" . Students and teachers were encourged to take up daily physical exercise through a wide range of conducted activites.
